FOOD SERVICE
REPORTS TO
Food Services DirectorSPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Prior kitchen experience is not required, however experience does help
- Must be able to work well with other employees, be able to learn quickly and handle pressure well
- Must be flexible with schedule and available to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environment Outstanding guest relation skills
- Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/repetitive movements and reach with hands/arms to handle objects, tools or controls
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare food promptly and efficiently in accordance with instructions given by the Supervisor and established production standards and time constraints
- Food presentation- Service lines are kept spotless and containers changed regularly as needed. Food selections should always be well stocked and appropriately garnished Guest service is prompt, friendly and efficient. Guests should be politely greeted and asked how they may be helped
- Work safely to prevent injury by proper use of knives and other kitchen tools
- Work and service areas are kept clean and uncluttered, especially walk-in coolers. Proper storage and rotation of food is mandatory to insure freshness and avoid waste. Left over products must be properly labeled with name and date and stored in appropriate area of cooler or kitchen.

Lift Maintenance SupervisorSPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. and do hard, physical labor
- Must be able to communicate well with people
- Must enjoy working with people and children
- Must be dependable
- Must be 18 yrs.of age for most positions – some positions available for 16 and 17 year old
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be attentive at load and unload terminals
- Engage guests at every opportunity
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Work outside in winter conditions for long periods of time
- Maintain a safe work area
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing work area
- Perform expected amount of snow work. (Sweeps chairs, remove snow from terminals)
- Actively and efficiently organize lift lines
- Display respect for all employees at all times
- Demonstrate a teamwork ethic
- Be familiar with the layout of the resort in order to give effective directions
- Take initiative to be self-directed
- Complete all paperwork efficiently and legibly
- Adhere to all skiing policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Rentals ManagerSPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/repetitive movements and reach with hands/arms to handle objects, tools or controls
- Must be 16 years of age
- Outstanding communication and guest service skills
- Able to multi-task and work well in a team-oriented environment; able to work efficiently, accurately in a fast-paced environment and with limited supervision
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Responsibilities include all aspects of fitting equipment to customers’ diverse ages, sizes and abilities.

Share your passion for skiing and/or snowboarding with our guests by providing an environment that promotes safety, fun and learning for children and adults.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must enjoy smiling, laughing and having fun
- Must be willing to teach children and adults
- Must be reliable, dependable and timely
- Must be able to work outside in quickly changing winter weather
- Must have own equipment and present a clean and professional appearance
- Must be willing to teach group and private lessons
- Must show a willingness to continue to improve and keep up to date by attending ongoing training
